About Ménego
Higher than actuality stands possibility — Martin Heidegger
I was born in the heart of the Dolomites and raised in Cortina d'Ampezzo – Anpezo, profoundly aware of the essential bond between nature and the people living and growing in a pure alpine context.
For the past couple of years, I have been living between Anpezo and Innsbruck, the Austrian alpine capital, and I visit my home valley as often as I can.
The mountains are my true home, and it is there that I discovered my great passion for sport climbing — the discipline that has shaped my body, my mind and my way of looking at the world.
Today I combine hospitality work as Receptionist at Motel One Innsbruck with my long-standing collaborations as Brand Ambassador for Karpos and SCARPA, two of the most respected Italian outdoor brands. Languages, the Alps and a steady commitment to authenticity and posing great compromises tie everything together.
